How do I log in to a demo account?
Go to pocketoption.com, click on the MT5 symbol in the upper left corner, select "MT5 Demo". In the new window above the MT5 terminal you will see your account information (Login and Password). You can also copy the password to the clipboard and paste it into the Password field in the terminal.
How to get a Live MT5 account?
In order to get access to a Live account the total amount of your deposits on the platform must exceed $1000. We plan to lower this amount in the near future.
How does MT5 balance work?
The MT5 account balance can only be topped up by a transfer from your pocketoption.com account (deposit bonuses will be cancelled). The withdrawal works in a similar way - by a transfer to the main account.
How do I fund my MT5 account?

In the right toolbar on the terminal page click on the "Platforms" button. In the opened menu you can download the desired application to your device.
What is the available leverage and how can I change it?
A: Leverages are available in sizes from 1:1 to 1:1000. To change the leverage, in the right toolbar on the page with the terminal click on the "Account" button and select the "Change Leverage" tab.
